Cancellations are accepted until the order has shipped, then refer to the refund/return policy.
Refund/Returns Policy: No refunds will be given on custom orders such as personalized engraving. For any non custom order, permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 14 days from the ship date to receive refunds.
